Prozo has announced the inauguration of its second enterprise-grade cold storage facility, positioned in Krishnapatnam, Tamil Nadu. Located on the East Coast region of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, this facility will increase the company’s offerings and help cater its demands for cold storage of seafood products. According to a statement, Prozo's newest facility, located approximately 25 km from the nearest Highway NH16, is situated to serve seafood producers, exporters, and distributors. It is at a proximity of 30 km from Nellore, 115 km from Sri City, 170 km from Chennai, and 700 km from Vizag. It covers an expanse of 30,000 sq. ft. with a height of 39.8 ft. Engineered exclusively for seafood storage, it maintains temperatures as low as minus 20 degrees Celsius and features 10 chambers, each capable of accommodating 280 pallets in G+4 heavy-duty racking.
