Innovation City, the UAE free zone in Ras Al Khaimah, and Salesforce describe it as the world’s first platform of its kind. Agentforce supplies AI agents that execute defined registration tasks and workflows within set parameters, permissions and controls. Processes that previously took days or weeks can now be completed in minutes. Human oversight is applied only when strategic judgment or complex exceptions are required. Governance, security and full auditability remain built into the system. The platform runs on Salesforce’s data and compliance architecture.
