Salesforce has announced two partnerships in West Bengal. The first creates the state’s initial Salesforce Academia Centre of Excellence at Adamas University to train students in AI, CRM, data analytics and automation. It will embed Agentforce, the Agentforce 360 Platform, Tableau and Data 360 into the curriculum. Students will receive hands-on training, industry projects, hackathons and Trailhead certifications. Faculty will take specialised development programmes. The second deal deploys Salesforce’s Agentforce 360 Platform at Vivekananda Hospital Pvt Ltd. The system links with the hospital’s information management setup to form a connected patient engagement platform. It combines patient and doctor data, outreach tools and AI workflows to handle enquiries more smoothly and improve experiences. QR-code community campaigns are also supported. Salesforce South Asia President and CEO Arundhati Bhattacharya said the moves strengthen India’s AI talent and advance digital healthcare.
