Salesforce is launching the ""Pro Suite"" of its CRM offering, which builds on the Starter tier that debuted last year. The Pro Suite is priced at $100/month per user and is set to be enhanced with additional capabilities, including AI features. The launch comes as part of Salesforce's effort to take on growing competition from players like Zoho and Hubspot in the SMB segment and provide businesses with a platform where they can start from the most basic tier and upgrade all the way up to the enterprise suite as their business needs evolve. The Pro Suite provides advanced marketing, sales, service, and commerce capabilities, AppExchange solutions, Flow automation, a sandbox for testing, custom apps, and omnichannel routing for service. Salesforce plans to introduce advanced predictive AI capabilities and data cloud functions in Starter and Pro Suites, along with generative AI capabilities like Einstein Copilot.
