Salesforce and Nvidia have launched Koa, Salesforce’s first CRM reasoning model for Agentforce. The model is built on Nvidia’s Nemotron open-weight foundation and post-trained on synthetic scenarios that reflect how enterprises run sales, service and marketing workflows. No customer data was used in training. Instead, the corpus simulates real-world tasks across more than 14 industries, including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare and travel. Koa is designed to reason through multi-step processes such as generating leads, qualifying opportunities and resolving service cases. Salesforce says the model can be offered as an alternative to external frontier models inside Agentforce and can be routed automatically through the platform’s AI gateway while following each customer’s data-security rules. Koa is available now to select pilot customers and is expected to reach general availability in U.S. regions over the coming months.
