Salesforce is expanding AI agents from systems that answer questions to ones that can run ongoing business work. The company introduced a portfolio of ready-to-use agents aimed at high-value tasks across sales, customer service, commerce, employee experience and back-office operations. The agents connect to Customer 360 so they can use existing customer data and processes. Named agents include Casey for customer support across voice, SMS, WhatsApp and chat; Paige for IT and HR requests; Marshall for supply-chain and back-office coordination; Hunter for outbound pipeline work; Piper for inbound lead qualification; and Fin for complex customer-experience workflows. A new long-horizon runtime lets agents pursue goals over days or weeks rather than single sessions, using memory, durable execution and dynamic steering. Additional capabilities include Agentforce Coworker, Multi-Agent Orchestration and Agent Optimizer.
