SAP has signed an agreement to acquire TechWolf, a Belgian AI work-intelligence platform provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. TechWolf builds a continuously updated “context graph for work” that analyses the tasks people perform, the skills they hold and apply, and external labour-market data, then maps those insights to business goals. SAP plans to make the technology a core part of its SuccessFactors portfolio to support skills mapping, workforce planning, internal mobility, reskilling, organisational redesign and talent deployment. The company says the context graph will serve as a grounding layer for AI agents, making token use more efficient and improving scenarios such as skills-based hiring and role redesign.
