SAP has launched its AI-Bilingual Workforce Program in Singapore. The initiative will equip more than 3,000 Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents with role-based business AI skills over the next three years. It was announced at the SAP NOW AI Tour Southeast Asia 2026 event. Participants will follow Learning Pathways that cover finance, procurement, human resources, supply chain and manufacturing. Training starts with AI fundamentals, ethical AI, prompt engineering and SAP Business AI. Learners get 12 months of access to SAP’s online platform, including exercises and certification exams. SAP will also run Sector-Focused Business AI Workshops over two years. These target advanced manufacturing, financial services, connectivity and logistics, and healthcare. SME can use ready-to-launch packages with fixed pricing. One combines cloud ERP with SAP Business AI. Another pairs SuccessFactors and payroll with SAP Joule AI. The efforts support Singapore’s National AI Impact Programme.
