It is the first time SpaceXSI has partnered with an Indian IT major. The collaboration aims to accelerate software development and boost productivity with Grok AI across technology, telecommunications, banking and financial services, and manufacturing. Grok Build can support stages including understanding technical requirements, generating code, testing, and helping engineers update applications. Tech Mahindra plans to apply it across the development lifecycle, with a focus on modernizing legacy systems that may contain millions of lines of code still tied to databases, payment systems, and other processes. AI tools can analyze existing code and assist engineers in rewriting or migrating applications. The company will also train employees through certification programs.
