The U.S. SBA announced on Friday, Oct. 11, that it is opening a Portable Loan Outreach Center (PLOC) in Valdosta, according to the Lowndes County Emergency Management Agency. The PLOC will meet disaster survivors where they are. Customer service representatives from the SBA are at every FEMA Disaster Recovery Center, as well as the three centers in Georgia where survivors can get help with their SBA disaster loan application.
