VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance Provides DISH Wireless with Detailed Network Insights and Automation

DISH Wireless has deployed VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance across its Boost Wireless Network, providing real-time network monitoring, assurance, and automation. The solution is being tested in the initial stages, offering benefits such as pipeline reporting, cell site infrastructure topology, multi-site monitoring, and automated alarm management of Mavenir infrastructure health events. The DISH Wireless Network Operations Center (NOC) uses a real-time dashboard to monitor deployment status, allowing for immediate action to troubleshoot any issues. The solution also allows for remote data collector service to collect and analyze data from 20,000+ cell sites, allowing for corrective action. Additionally, the solution is equipped with AI/ML algorithms for rapid problem isolation, suppression of extraneous alarms, and automated rule updates. DISH Wireless is also testing integration with ServiceNow for opening service tickets.
